Strong convincing skills.
Recruiting OPT, CPT, US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
Maintaining a good database
