QuickBooks Enterprise Setup and Tracking

I need an expert in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop to help set up our company in the software. We do not have an inventory to manage. We only order the items when we receive the sales orders from the customer. 90 % of the purchases are made via credit card. We would like to track our Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO) and all the end to end processes related to it and ultimately, our profitability. It would be good see profitability by sales order. Our goal is to link all transactions from our bank and credit cards to these sales orders. Have about 5 main customers that we service .

Key Requirements:
- Setting up the company profile in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Establishing a system within QuickBooks to track Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, with a particular emphasis on profitability.
- Integration of financial transactions from bank and credit card accounts to the respective sales orders in QuickBooks.
- Book keeping knowledge for monthly reconciliation
- Generate reports and tax related statements

Information to be Tracked:
- Customer details for each sales order.
- Product details for each sales order.
- Profitability for each sales order.
- Payment information associated with each sales order.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in setting up and utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Strong understanding of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and profitability tracking within QuickBooks.
- Proficient in integrating financial transactions from external accounts into QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with best practices for tracking sales orders and purchase orders in QuickBooks.
