Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced individual who can read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings to determine the quantities needed for the construction of a residential villa project. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of quantity take-off software and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills:
Experience in reading and understanding architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Proficiency in quantity take-off software.
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills to coordinate with the design team.
