Python Scrape Website to Pandas Dataframe

Hi, simple task for an experienced python user/developer.
Scrape website to produce table / dataframe in pandas.
Example
1) Scrape this page for Track Locations & create list - https://www.racingandsports.com.au/form-guide/thoroughbred/australia/
2) Scrape data from here example page here, create table with one "Runner's" data per row - https://www.racingandsports.com.au/form-guide/thoroughbred/australia/cranbourne/2022-07-21/ratings
3) two or three similar pages
4) loop over for other Track Locations in list
5) Data to dataframe
