Key Requirements:
- Customize Tendenci to function as a SaaS platform with subdomains for each project.
- Modernize the UI design, simplify navigation, and incorporate college branding.
- Develop an alumni verification feature with both automated processes and manual admin reviews.
- Implement an ecommerce store for merchandise, featuring product categorization, payment gateway integration, and order tracking.
- Establish a revenue-sharing model where service partners are charged for alumni verification, and colleges receive a share of the revenue from both verification and merchandise sales.
