I'm in need of a Python-savvy data analyst to assist me with handling a small dataset of less than 1GB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data cleaning and preprocessing: This includes removing missing or duplicate data, handling outliers, normalizing datasets, and other pre-processing tasks.
- Data visualization: Creating clear and insightful data visualizations based on cleaned data.
- Statistical analysis: Conducting statistical analysis to derive valuable insights from the dataset.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Python and pandas, as these will be the core tools used for data manipulation and cleaning.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as matplotlib.
- Strong background in statistical analysis to interpret data accurately and lead to solid conclusions.
The successful candidate will be able to work with me remotely, and have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and data-based decision making.
