Python Code to get list of all links of a website

I am looking for a Python developer to create a code that can scrape all the links on a website and output them in a plain text file. The purpose of this link list is for content scraping. The code should follow all links within the website and not just top-level links. The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping with Python and be familiar with extracting links. Additionally, knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred. The final deliverable should be a Python script that can be run on any website and output a plain text file of all links found on the site.
