Put a timetable on our website.

We currently use MOMENCE software which has a class timetable on it. However, we don't like the format of the software and would like it to be easier to read. Currently, the clients click on the timetable tab but we would like the timetable to appear on the front page. It should be easy to read. I think we need a plugin to do this. The attached file shows the current format and the F45 format is what we would like.

I need readymade Free Plugins to complete my requirements. I don't want to use any paid plugins or any Custom Coded Plugins.
