Project and resource portofoil management web aire

I need a management tool, either in google sheet, or in other web version as jira or so.
I need a project portofolio where we add projects with additional information.
We also need a gantt view of project portofolie, and we also need a seperate gantt view that is linked to "resource" column. All this in one view as showed in attached photo.
See attached photo for layout and description (we also need custum columns/option to create more columns, comment and attachement function).
Filter function and search function is also important!
Need this as a web solution, so we can link it to a domain and have a log in
