Project Manager - Virtual Assistant -- 2

I need someone whom are very familiar with start up working environment to lead & manage our online team. This job, requires a very strong communication and leadership skills ability.

I need you to motivates our team to pace up with deadline, etc and more. Basically, you are not entitled to do the work nor we are asking you to code. But to guide, lead, motivate, check, test and review the people's work whom are doing works for us.

There are 2 types of work:
- Weekly Repetitive
(Ex: Push to ensure our team to fill in the documentation works with high accuracy and quality according to our deadline. Ensure the whole team's framework achieved our corporate's, vision, mission)
The skill you may need to know for these are business, accounting, financing, data analyst and more.

- Non-Repetitive
(Ex: checking/reviewing automation codes, reviewing designer's works, recruitment selection, more)
You may need to be familiar with these skill's set sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java and more.

Budget :
- Weekly Repetitive is $20
- Non Repetitive are $30 for checking and reviewing 5 tasks each
All are negotiable only if you have proven strong working experience, track records, and qualifications)
Paid based on success

Very long term work, can be more or less than $999 depends how long you want to work for us and your achievements.

Criteria :
- Must have experience in managing a team, timeline, deadline, etc
- Understand very well varied skills such as sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java, business, accounting, financing, data analyst and more. But you do not need to know how to code.
- Very good time management, leadership, motivation, interpersonal & communication skill.

Questions :
A. Please video record your self, (maybe upload to loom). Tell me everything you know in the video about Data Analytic, Data Visualization, QA, ASO/SEO, Google Apps script, and Developers (python, php, sql). You just need to know some basic info, not coding.
B. You need to lead our team members to accomplish our goals, $50-$80 a week paid when the team accomplished their work for you, agree ?. Please check the google sheet in the job post to see the work load.
C. Show me more evidence that you have managed and lead dozen of team members.
