Title: Collect Product Images + Build Image Name List (Excel)
Scope:
I need someone to find and download images for all products in my catalog, save them with a clear naming convention, and deliver an Excel sheet listing the image filenames for each product (to match with my website links for upload).
What you’ll do
1. Search & download high-quality product photos (front, angled, back, detail; white background preferred).
2. File naming:
Format: brand-product-variant_size_index.ext (kebab-case, no spaces).
Example: 3-kilos-coconut-vodka_750ml_01.jpg, pinaq-blue-liqueur_01.png.
If you want the job type. I want the fair at the top of your message so i know you looked at the documents
3. Folder structure:
One folder per product: brand-product-variant (e.g., 3-kilos-coconut-vodka).
4. Excel listing:
One row per product with the website link and up to 10 image filenames (see template).
5. Sources: Prefer official brand sites, authorized distributors, or press kits.
6. Quality:
Minimum 1200px on the shortest side; no watermarks; sharp, well-lit.
JPG or PNG only. Keep transparent PNG if provided by brand.
7. Deliverables:
Zipped image folders.
Completed Excel file.
A text file citing source URLs per product (optional but helpful).
