Premium Basketball Annual Report Design
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I need a designer who can turn our basketball association’s year-end data into a prestige-level annual report while keeping production costs sensible. The document must read and look like something you would expect from a top professional franchise: clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and an unmistakably premium feel.

Visual requirements
Charts and infographics are a must; the stories in our numbers and season milestones should be instantly clear to any stakeholder who flips a page or scrolls a screen.
Formats
I require both a press-ready digital PDF and files optimised for high-quality booklet printing. Colour profiles, bleeds and spreads need to be locked in so I can hand them straight to a printer without extra prep. The same file set should include a lighter interactive PDF (with active links) for online distribution.
Deliverables
• Fully designed report in editable source format (InDesign, Illustrator or equivalent)
• Interactive PDF for web (≤10 MB)
• Print-ready PDF with trim marks and 3 mm bleed
• Package of all linked assets (fonts licensed for print/web, high-res images, vector graphics)
Timeline and collaboration
Once I supply the raw stats, photos and copy blocks, I’d like an initial layout within a week, followed by unlimited revision rounds before final export. Clear communication and file version control will be essential to keep costs down without sacrificing polish.
If you have a portfolio that demonstrates crisp editorial design, data visualisation skills and experience preparing files for both screen and offset, I’d love to see it first.
