Precast Concrete Design Rework

We are looking for an experienced architectural/CAD designer or a full team to revise and complete an entire drawing set based on the following:

Scope of Work:
Structural Update

Original drawings were based on pre-engineered steel structure.

Now changed to precast concrete system.

You must adjust the structure accordingly, including layout and dimensions.

Note: Elevations and total building height remain unchanged.

Architectural Rework

Interior layout needs to be developed (office, restrooms, etc.)

All relevant sections, elevations, and details to be updated.

Civil Coordination

Refer to the _civil_complied.dwg file. Civil drawings have been modified and must be reflected accordingly.

MEP Design Required (Guam Standard USA)

Full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings are needed based on the updated architectural layout.

Please confirm if you or your team can handle the full MEP scope.

We will provide an architectural concept and idea board for your reference.
