Power automate Flow Enhancement

Hi,
I have a flow in Power Automate to do the following :
once a new item is added to the list in SharePoint, directly fill the data on a predesigned Excel template then share it with the requester through email.
the required enhancement will be as follows:
The Excel template now has 2 tables ( One horizontal & one vertical ) both of these 2 tables are located on one Excel file & in the same worksheet.
We need to fill the data automatically once a new item is created in the list on these 2 tables,
then share the file to the requester email.
also, need to save a copy from the created file on SharePoint for reference.
note, that the filled file is unique data on each time, not cumulative data.

I could not log in to my Microsoft account on your devices, so the working should be remotely on my device through the quick assessment feature on windows.
