Pine script V4 debugging

I have an indicator which is written in pine script V4, during backtesting the signals it generates are accurate and good, on average every 50 bar it generates a signal, but on the live market it generates false signals and multiple buy/sell signals at the same time. also sometimes by refreshing the page the most recent signals will disappear. it's designed for 1 minute chart. I'll attach some screenshots to clarify the problem.
