Pine Script (Tradingview) indicators to Python

I'm seeking for someone to convert the 2 following Pine Script (Tradingview) indicators into Python.

I don't need all the plotting infos, just the calculation and the ability to change some values when calling the function.
The code needs to take advantage of Pandas and Talib Python's libraries and packages. I'm open to considering custom indicators as well, so if you have any neat ideas then I'm definitely eager to hear them. I'm available for any questions you have and I look forward to seeing your proposals.
