Picture/Item Sharing Website Build
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for an experienced web developer (that has experience with web scraping) to help me build a picture/item sharing website for community use (no ecommerce). The website will allow users to upload their own pictures/items, and will require user registration and login features. The site that is similar to what I'm looking for is yourprops.com but I want a more updated and modern looking site.
****Experience in Web Scraping is a must, and I would like it to be the same person as the person that builds the site. The web scraping will be used to assist users with the ability to scrape their items/pictures from the yourprops.com site and allow me to have something on the site so the user can then reload the data scraped into the new site and they will not have to repost each item they have posted before. I personally have 450 posted on that site and will also need a way to do this, so it could be tested on my account****

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in web scraping, web development and web design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL
- Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Joomla
- Knowledge of web security and data privacy best practices
- Experience implementing user registration and login features
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, great skills that allow them to also know/offer other better suggestions that I might not know, of and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work as if their own.
