PLC Programming for continuous Tyre Pyrolysis Plant
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete PLC program to run a tyre pyrolysis plant. The hardware on site is a Delta PLC, and the key duties for the code are temperature control of the reactor and continuous pressure monitoring with the proper alarms and safety interlocks.
you will need to translate that into a full control strategy, write and test the logic, and hand over clear documentation that lets my team commission and maintain the system.
Deliverables:
• Editable Delta PLC program file (ladder or structured text)
• Tag list and I/O allocation
• Alarm and interlock matrix
• Commented functional description inside the code
• Brief commissioning guide
Acceptance criteria: the project must compile in Delta ISPSoft without errors and pass a remote simulation or live test confirming stable temperature loops and accurate pressure alarms.
If you have previous projects involving pyrolysis, furnaces, or any high-temperature applications on Delta hardware, please mention them along with an estimated timeline for the first draft.
