To build trust and enhance our online presence, we are looking for a skilled professional to develop and execute a strategy for generating authentic, high-quality, and organic Google reviews.
Project Objective:
The primary goal is to ethically increase the number of genuine positive reviews on our Google Business Profile. The strategy should feel natural, comply with Google's terms of service, and reflect the positive experiences of our actual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create a sustainable and organic process for requesting reviews from our satisfied clients.
Streamline the Process: Help us set up an efficient system (e.g., using email templates, SMS workflows, or QR codes) to make it easy for clients to leave a review.
Guidance & Best Practices: Advise our internal team on the best practices for generating reviews without violating Google's guidelines (e.g., no incentivization for reviews).
Monitor & Respond: Optionally, we may need guidance on how to professionally respond to both positive and negative reviews to show we value client feedback.
