BI Publisher Migration to siebel/oracle analytics

I’m ready to move our existing Siebel BI Publisher 12 stack onto tSiebel / Oracle Analytics release so we can tap into the platform’s new features—especially its stronger, more flexible reporting engine. At the end of the engagement I want my team working entirely inside Oracle Analytics, generating analytical reports without having to fall back on the old Publisher environment.

Scope of work
• Assess the current Siebel BI Publisher 12 installation and the catalogue of analytical reports we rely on every day.
• Design and execute a migration plan that installs and configures the new Siebel / Oracle Analytics environment, handles data model changes, and preserves security settings.
• Re-engineer our key analytical reports in the new toolset, taking advantage of its enhanced reporting capabilities (nested prompts, richer formatting, burst distribution, etc.).
• Validate results with side-by-side testing to confirm accuracy and performance.
• Provide a concise hand-off guide so my analysts can create and maintain reports on their own.

Acceptance
I will consider the project complete when the migrated environment is live, our priority analytical reports render correctly in Oracle Analytics, and my team can demonstrate they can build a new report unaided.
