We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to support the transition of our existing ride-hailing mobile application, Hola Rider, into the New Zealand market.
This project involves reviewing and redesigning the current app interface to align with New Zealand user expectations, usability standards, and local market preferences. The goal is to create a clean, intuitive, and modern user experience while maintaining our existing brand identity.
Scope of Work:
Review current Hola Rider app UI/UX (existing design and flows will be provided)
Redesign key user journeys (booking, payments, ride tracking, onboarding, etc.)
Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
Adapt design to suit New Zealand audience (design trends, language tone, expectations)
Ensure consistency across all screens and components
Provide high-quality design assets (Figma or similar preferred)
Collaborate with our development team for smooth implementation
Deliverables:
Updated UI screens and design system
Interactive prototypes
UX improvements with clear user flow documentation
Design handoff files ready for development
Requirements:
Proven experience in mobile app UI/UX design (ride-sharing or similar apps preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-friendly designs
Experience with Figma (or similar tools)
Understanding of localization and user behavior in different markets
Ability to provide practical, developer-friendly designs
Nice to Have:
