Optimize Amazon Inventory & Fulfillment
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
My Amazon storefront has outgrown its current back-end set-up, and I need an operations specialist who can tighten up three critical areas at once: day-to-day inventory management, smooth order fulfillment, and vigilant account health monitoring. The heart of the project is warehouse management, where our present layout and processes are slowing us down.
Here’s what I want to achieve next:
• Organize storage spaces so every SKU has a logical, easy-to-find home that supports both FBA replenishment and our own FBM orders.
• Redesign picking and packing workflows to cut touch-time and error rates—barcode scanning, optimized walking paths, and clear SOPs are all on the table.
• Implement (or refine) a real-time inventory tracking system that syncs flawlessly with Amazon Seller Central, feeds accurate data to the IPI dashboard, and prevents stock-outs or stranded units.
I’ll supply full access to current reports, warehouse maps, and Seller Central permissions. Your experience with tools like Restock Limits dashboards, Inventory Performance Index metrics, ShipStation (or similar), and handheld scanners will be valuable from day one.
Once the warehouse piece is stable, I’d like your ongoing insights on buffer stock levels, replenishment timelines, and any compliance tweaks that keep the account health dashboard in the green.
If you’ve transformed similar Amazon operations before and can show measurable results, let’s talk timelines and your preferred workflow.
