Remote Creator Outreach & Growth Assistant (Long-Term)
We're looking for a proactive and reliable remote team member to help grow an online platform by identifying potential users, reaching out to them across social media and email, and helping them get started.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a senior role as our team expands.
Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable creators, communities, and potential users
Reach out via platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, email, and other online channels
Personalise outreach messages where appropriate
Track conversations and leads in our CRM/spreadsheet
Follow up with prospects who don't initially respond
Assist with onboarding new users and answering basic questions
Provide feedback on outreach strategies and suggest improvements
Requirements
Excellent written English
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms
Organised with good attention to detail
Able to work independently and follow documented processes
Reliable internet connection
Previous experience in lead generation, outreach, customer support, sales, influencer marketing, community management, or virtual assistance is a bonus, but not essential
