Office 365 License Renewal Cleanup

My Office 365 subscriptions have lapsed because they were tied to a reseller who is no longer managing the tenant. I need to remove old vendor and purchase new licenses and activate my Microsoft 365 subscription

• Activate and assign the fresh Office 365 licenses to the existing users without any service interruption.
• Remove every trace of the old reseller’s billing information so the tenant shows only my direct agreement with Microsoft.
• Double-check that mail, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint continue working seamlessly after the switch.

You’ll get admin access to the tenant the moment we agree to proceed. Once the work is complete, I expect a short confirmation note that lists the new license counts, the billing profile now on file, and any follow-up recommendations you see.
