Odoo to Zoho Migration & Workflow Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are migrating our entire business operations from Odoo to Zoho One AND need a complete client requirement tracking workflow set up in Zoho.
--- PART 1: DATA MIGRATION ---
Modules to migrate from Odoo to Zoho:
- CRM (Sales pipeline, leads, contacts) — 500 records
- Helpdesk (Support tickets, conversations) — 500 tickets
- Projects (Tasks, milestones, assignees)
- Knowledge Base (Articles, categories)
- And 6+ additional modules (Invoicing, etc.)
Migration scope:
1. Export all data from Odoo in CSV/Excel
2. Clean and map fields to Zoho's import format
3. Import into correct Zoho apps (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.)
4. Verify record counts and data relationships post-migration
5. Flag any data that cannot be auto-migrated
--- PART 2: CLIENT REQUIREMENT TRACKING SETUP ---
We need a full end-to-end workflow set up in Zoho to track client requirements through development to delivery:
1. Zoho Desk setup — each client requirement as a ticket with custom fields (Module, Priority, Requirement Type), and custom statuses: New to In Review to Approved to In Development to In Testing to Done
2. Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects integration — ability to create a linked developer task directly from a Desk ticket
3. Zoho Projects structure — task lists set up as stages (Backlog, In Development, In Testing, Done/Deployed) with subtasks for Dev, QA, and Deployment
4. Two-way status linking — when a developer marks a task complete in Projects, the linked Desk ticket should update automatically
5. Client portal — clients should be able to log in and view status of their requirements without accessing internal tools
6. Reporting dashboard — combined view of open requirements, in-progress tasks, and completion status per client
--- REQUIREMENTS ---
- Must have prior Odoo and Zoho One experience
- Must have set up Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects integrations before
- Share examples of similar workflows built previously
- Do a test migration on 20–30 sample records before full migration
- Provide module-wise plan and timeline
Total estimated records: 2,000–3,000 across all modules.
Timeline expected: Within 1-2 weeks.
