Odoo Quote Template Creation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I want a new quotation template built directly in Odoo that projects a clean, professional, and formal look. The finished template has to pull the following data automatically:
• My company logo, address, and all contact details
• Customer name, address, and the system-generated quote number
• Clearly separated product sections with sub-headers, item descriptions, unit prices, and line totals
• A dedicated block for concise terms and conditions
The layout should follow Odoo’s native guidelines, so I can update it later from the backend without touching code. I’m fine if you work in Studio, QWeb, or a small custom module—just explain the method you choose and make sure the result is portable between staging and production.
I'd like to setup the ability to dynamically create these quotations and send for signature within Odoo. I've attached a sample of our current proposal. I also have T&Cs and a service order document that would be included to capture signatures on.
Before sign-off I’ll test:
1. All dynamic fields populate correctly from a sample quotation.
2. Totals and taxes remain perfectly aligned after PDF export.
3. Fonts, spacing, and colours stay consistent with the formal style even when the product list grows to multiple pages.
