Odoo Migration Expert Needed: Version 17 to 18

Hello,
I am looking for an Odoo expert to assist me with migrating my Odoo.sh instance from version 17 to version 18. Since my instance includes customizations, an automatic migration is not possible and requires manual technical intervention.
Project Details:
1 Migration from Version 17 to 18:
- Adapt the existing customizations to ensure compatibility with version 18.
- Identify and resolve compatibility issues with modules.
2 Error Resolution:
- One custom modules is currently not installable after the migration and need to be updated to function correctly.
- Handle missing or incompatible Python dependencies (e.g., the pdfminer.six library).
- Analyze and fix errors generated during the migration process.
3 Validation and Testing:
- Ensure all functionalities, customizations, and modules work properly after the migration.
- Perform unit and functional tests.
4 Environment:
- Migration will be performed on the Odoo.sh platform.
- The database is already backed up and ready for intervention.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Odoo (versions 17 and 18).
- Experience with Odoo.sh.
- In-depth knowledge of custom modules and their adaptation.
- Strong Python skills and understanding of required dependencies.
- Debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluent in English or French.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to start quickly.
