Odoo Customization for Invoicing and Inventory

We are currently using Odoo (latest version) and we need several customizations for our invoicing, purchasing, reporting, and barcode system. Below are our requirements:
1. Simplified Invoicing & Purchasing Flow
Currently, Odoo requires quotation → sales order → invoice (and similarly for purchases).
We want to skip these steps and directly create invoices/bills.
When an invoice is created, it should automatically reduce inventory.
When a bill is created, it should automatically increase inventory.
2. Automatic Product Price Update from Bills
When we enter a vendor bill with a new price for a product, the product cost on the product record should update automatically to reflect the latest purchase price.
3. Barcode Format
Current barcode labels generated from Odoo have formatting/font issues.
Need to improve barcode layout/format so they are cleaner and easier to scan.
4. Customer Signature on Invoice
Add a field on the invoice report for customer signature (so they can sign on the printed invoice).
5. Tax Issue on Invoices
When we add a customer to the invoice and add products from inventory, 15% tax is not automatically applied.
But if we add products without selecting a customer, 15% tax applies correctly.
Need to fix this tax calculation so that tax always applies properly when a customer is added.
6. Barcode Scan with Caps Lock
Currently, scanning barcodes only works correctly when Caps Lock is ON.
When Caps Lock is OFF, scanned codes are incorrect.
Need a fix so that barcode scanning works regardless of Caps Lock status.
