OAuth Document Upload via SQL Verification

I'm seeking a developer to create a secure link for users to upload documents. The process begins with an authentication page where we verify user credentials against an SQL database. Only valid users will be allowed to log in.

Once logged in, users can upload documents (JPEG, PDF, DOCs) through a 'Browse files' button. These documents will be sent to the Opentext Intelligent Capture Server for processing. The captured values will be displayed on the frontend alongside the uploaded document, allowing users to edit and re-submit to Intelligent Capture using opentext Api using Asp.net

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in OAuth for secure authentication
- Experience with SQL databases for user validation
- Familiarity with document upload interfaces
- Knowledge of Opentext Intelligent Capture Server
- Frontend development skills for displaying and editing captured values
