Pivot Point SuperTrend NT8 Conversion
Budget: $10 – $200 USD
I have been using the “Pivot Point SuperTrend” indicator on TradingView and now need the exact same logic coded for NinjaTrader 8. The NT8 version must replicate the buy/sell signals I already rely on and fire the same alert notifications so I can keep my current workflow unchanged when I move charts over.
The TradingView script is available for reference, so you can mirror every calculation without approximation. Please keep the parameters and default values intact; if any minor naming adjustments are needed to respect NT8 conventions, note them clearly in the code comments.
Deliverables
• A clean, well-commented NinjaScript (.cs) ready to import or compile
• A short text file explaining installation, how to enable alerts, and how to confirm the signals match TradingView on a side-by-side chart
Acceptance criteria
1. Signals and alerts plot at the identical bars as the TradingView version when both are fed the same data.
2. No performance issues on standard intraday and daily charts.
3. Code passes NinjaTrader’s compile with no warnings.
I will test against my live TradingView template as soon as you deliver. If anything is off by even one bar, I’ll provide screenshots so we can fine-tune quickly.
