Ninjatrader 8 Indicator

I'm new to Ninjatrader 8 and need a custom indicator developed. The indicator should draw a red line exactly halfway between a blue dot and a white point, which represent technical indicators. Additionally, the indicator should be able to send alerts on specific conditions.
