NinjaTrader EMA Crossover Bot Development

I need an experienced programmer and trader to build 1-2 trading bots for NinjaTrader. These bots will implement a trend-following strategy using the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) Crossover.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Ninja Trader platform
- Proven experience with trend-following strategies, specifically EMA Crossover by volume spike and Renko trend direction
- Exceptional C# programming skills
- Previous experience in developing trading bots
- Strong understanding of futures trading on NASDAQ and ES.
- ICT Based strategies.
- Avoid choppy/range-bound conditions using ATR filters or trend score.
- Fixed RRR (e.g., 1:2 or 1:3).
Dynamic trailing stops.
Volume divergence exit or candle reversal.
The bots should have:
- Automatic trading execution
- Real-time market analysis
- Customizable alerts.
Tools Integration
- News AP
- Alpha Vantage
- Quant Connect.
