Balanced Day Trading NinjaTrader Strategy

I'm in need of a NinjaTrader strategy specifically designed for day trading. The strategy will involve creating a rolling volume profile indicator, as the strategy is based around a low volume node to high volume node reversion. The strategy will only be for trader NQ and ES futures.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Experience in day trading and creating trading strategies on NinjaTrader.
- A deep understanding of volume-based indicators and their application in trading.
Backtesting will also be necessary to confirm the strategy, also in NinjaTrader
