Need a design making into both Ai and PDF format.

I have a box design already sorted just need it made into a PDF and Ai format. I have attached "Design of Box" which shows what I am wanting the box to look like. I have attached the background colour of the entire box "Charcoal Colour" the graphic bubble "Graphic Bubble" and the colour of the Graphic bubble "Foam Colour".
I have attached the Logo Design to be applied as shown in design of box.
I have also supplied the box die cut drawing in ai format with the correct dimensions etc.
