Need complaince update and branding updates on older Mobile App that uss React Native and Go -- 2

We have an app that that has been neglected for over two years. We recently did a manual upgrade to the app, which uses React Native and GO.
We were rebranding it when App Store rejected it for compliance, and we have a huge list of items that must be done. Our developer was in an accident, and we need someone who can work with the system as is, and quickly, so it can be submitted. I am attaching the remaining needs.
