Need a USA Tik Tok Ad/Business Account

I need to get a Tik Tok Ad Manager/Business account but needs to be a USA one. I need it to be a USA Account as I need to run & target Ads to people in USA and I cannot target Ads to USA with a european account or any other account from a different country.
