Native Russian Needed. English to Russian Translation.

Hello, I am looking for a native Russian translator. I will send you videos and you have to provide me subtitles in English and Russian. I need two SRT files for each video, one in English and one in Russian translation. I will provide you a website address where you can able to create subtitles. Videos are short. Deadline is urgent. I will send you one by one and you can submit to me one by one. I will pay a fixed per video min price rate or per video hour price rate. Google translator is not allowed.
