Mute ios phone' sound programmatically if specific wifi network is connected in Flutter

I want an app for IOS mobile phone that keep searching for specific wifi network. If the specified wifi network is connected, the app will mute the sound even if it is in ringtone mode. If the wifi network is disconnected, the app will unmute the sound.

I want to source code of the app in flutter (preferred) or swift.
