Project Overview
We’re looking for experienced freelancers to help us deliver end-to-end speech services for a large‐scale, multilingual project. You’ll collect raw, conversational recordings and provide high-quality transcriptions across 10 languages in both medical and general domains. Each recording will be uploaded via our secure portal, and you’ll assign a unique UUID to each speaker for traceability.

Key Deliverables

Audio Collection

On-device WAV captures (PCM), 16 kHz, 16-bit, mono

5–20 minute takes per speaker (max 2 hrs/speaker)

Quiet, low-echo environment; no post-processing or transcoding

Total volume: 120 hours per language/domain (see languages below)

Multilingual Transcription & QA

Follow provided transcription rules and two-tier QA (transcriber + LQA)

Deliver JSON files via portal

Speaker Identification

Generate and embed a unique UUID per speaker

Secure Upload & Validation

Upload all files to our “Record_Conversational_Speech_Upload” project on the portal

Monitor QA status; re-upload any rejected files within 6 hours

Your Profile

Native fluency in one of the target languages

Proven experience with field-recording and/or transcription

Familiarity with WAV PCM specs (16 kHz/16-bit/mono)

Comfortable with our secure portal workflows

Able to meet tight turnarounds (re-uploads within 6 hrs)
