Multi-Tenant AppointmentHub Platform Build

Job ID: 39895630

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m looking for a developer or small team to help me turn my concept—AppointmentHub—into a working, cloud-hosted application. The goal is a highly configurable, multi-tenant, white-label reservation system that offers a seamless booking experience for:

• Healthcare
• Beauty and Wellness
• Professional Services
• Basically any organization or team that books appointments

Scope of work
1. Core platform
• Multi-tenant architecture with tenant onboarding and role-based access
• Central settings panel so each tenant can brand the interface, set hours, services, staff, and locations
• Real-time availability, buffer rules, and smart time-zone handling

2. Unified web + mobile UI
• Single technology stack powering both the responsive web app and the mobile view
• Mobile-first layouts that render cleanly on modern browsers and devices
• White-label theming so tenants can swap colors, logos, and domain masking

3. Booking workflow
• Customer-facing scheduling widget (embed or standalone link)
• Email/SMS notifications and calendar sync (iCal/Google/Outlook)
• Dashboard for staff to confirm, reschedule, cancel, and take notes

4. Admin & reporting
• Super-admin console for me to manage tenants, plans, and usage
• Tenant-level analytics: appointment volume, no-shows, staff utilization

Deliverables
• A functional application based on the attached requirmennt document, deployed to a cloud environment (GCP)
• Source code in a private Git repository with clear setup instructions
• Fully deployed in GCP, following sound GCP archtectural guidelines
• Brief technical document covering architecture, key libraries, and how to extend modules
• Application UI must run on the Desktop, Android and IOS, with single base

Tech flexibility
I’m open to the stack you’re most productive in—React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or another modern framework—so long as it supports a shared codebase for web and mobile views, clean component reuse, and future scaling.

Timeline & collaboration
Expect iterative milestones: wireframes → MVP core → tenant theming → notifications & reports. I’m available daily for quick feedback and prefer progress demos on each milestone.

If you’ve built scheduling, SaaS, or multi-tenant apps before, I’d love to see examples. Let’s discuss how you’d approach the architecture and the time you’d need to reach a solid MVP.
