should have many admins with different roles, and many users that can register, create adds, and manage adds, for 7 days free, and payable after that for whatever price the admins set.
every category should have it's own price settings and other settings
admins should see and approve the ads before publishing, set a group of keywords that cannot be used, and not allow the same IP address to register more than once....
should be a very modern, very attractive design of both web and mobile apps
should be accepting payments from, Paypal, Credit-Debit Cards
Should have Featured Ads / VIP Ads / and a section for corporate advertising
