[Moodle] Plugin for ManageWP

Hi,
I am a user of ManageWP.com, a system to manage many wordpress sites simultaneously.
From the webpanel it is allowed:
Update plugins, make backups (and restore), monitor uptime, receive alerts in case of a virus, generate reports for clients, etc.
What I'm looking for is to create a plugin that allows adding Moodle sites to ManageWP.
Some things obviously won't work: like updating plugins, but I require the rest of the features to be there.
I am looking for a PHP developer who will look at the Worker plugin (for wordpress) and who can create an equivalent version for Moodle.
If you don't know ManageWP, I attached a doc with some screenshots.
