Modern Two-Level House Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to construction drawings for my new two-storey home and need a skilled architect to translate my brief into clear, build-ready documents.
Scope of work
The overall look must be distinctly Modern—clean lines, smart use of glass and concrete, and an uncluttered façade. I need a full ground-floor and first-floor layout that balances everyday living with flexible work and social zones:
Ground floor
• Living room and kitchen placed for easy flow
• Dedicated home office and comfortable guest room
• Dining room that opens into a relaxed family room
First floor
• Well-proportioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
• A shared entertainment/lounge area that feels open yet private
Deliverables
1. Dimensioned floor plans for both levels, laid out in CAD (DWG and PDF).
2. Structural beam schedule with exact spans, depths and positioning to hand straight to my engineer.
3. Two street-facing elevation drawings showing materials, fenestration and key heights.
4. (Optional, but appreciated) Concept boards or sketches for the main interiors and a compact front-yard garden—nothing overly detailed, just enough for mood and zoning.

• All rooms must meet standard ergonomic clearances and local building code minimums.
• Beam sizes and locations align with your proposed wall grid—no guesswork.
• Modern style is evident in massing, roofline and material palette.
