Modern Traditional Two Storey Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a new two-storey home to plan and I want it to feel fresh and streamlined while still carrying the warmth of classic architecture—that “Look of Modern + Traditional” that blends clean lines with timeless details. The project covers the whole property, inside and out, so I need cohesive concepts that resolve everything from the exterior façade to the flow of the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and any other essential spaces.
Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• Scaled floor plans for both storeys showing furniture layouts and circulation
• Exterior elevations with material and colour directions that echo the modern-traditional mix
• High-quality 3D renders or walk-throughs so I can visualise the result before construction
• A concise specification or mood board outlining key finishes, fixtures, lighting and landscaping suggestions
• Source files (DWG, SKP, RVT, or similar) plus print-ready PDFs
All drawings must align with standard building practice and be accurate enough for my local architect or builder to adopt without redrafting. If you already work in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Lumion, that’s perfect—please keep your native files organised and layered for easy hand-off.
Once I approve the concepts, we’ll move to any minor revisions needed and then sign off the final package.
