We are seeking an experienced full-stack web developer or development team to help build and launch ForeclosureWatch.com, a nationwide foreclosure property search platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in front-end design and user experience development, along with the back-end programming skills necessary to support a large property database and advanced search functionality. This project will require the design and development of responsive desktop and mobile interfaces, property search tools, database architecture, user account systems, and integrations with mapping and property data services.
Applicants should be comfortable working with large datasets and configuring searches by state, county, city, ZIP code, and geographic proximity. Experience with real estate websites, property listing platforms, MLS integrations, Zillow-style search functionality, mapping technologies, and lead generation systems is highly preferred.
The finished platform should be fast, scalable, secure, and easy to use, with a strong focus on search performance, database efficiency, SEO, and future growth. We are looking for a developer who can contribute not only to the coding and technical architecture, but also provide recommendations on best practices, technology stack decisions, and long-term platform scalability.
