Modern Portfolio Website Build

I want a clean-cut, elegant website that presents my personal projects with a distinctly modern flair. The overall look should feel professional yet welcoming—think generous white space, refined typography and subtle motion that guides visitors rather than distracts them.

Core structure
The site has three essential sections:
• About Me – a concise bio and headshot.
• Projects – individual project pages or cards where I can highlight images, descriptions and key outcomes.
• Contact Information – an easy-to-use form plus my preferred direct contact details.

Design & usability goals
Responsive layouts must look just as polished on phones and large monitors. Smooth scrolling, quick load times and accessible colour contrast are non-negotiable. I lean toward a modern aesthetic, so flat design elements, SVG icons and tasteful micro-interactions are welcome.

Build approach
Whether you craft it as a lightweight static site (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) or hook it into a simple CMS so I can add future projects without code, propose whichever solution keeps maintenance straightforward.
