Modern Interior 3D Plan

I need a detailed 3-dimensional plan that focuses purely on interior design—no exterior façades or full-building layouts this time. The scope covers my living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and I want them all to share a clean, modern aesthetic.

The deliverable should include:
• A navigable 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable format) showing accurate dimensions and furniture placement.
• High-resolution still renders from several camera angles so I can visualise finishes, lighting, and traffic flow.
• One annotated floor plan calling out key materials, colour palette, and any built-in elements.

I’ll supply current room measurements, reference photos, and a mood board as soon as we start. You’re welcome to suggest alternative modern-style furniture or lighting ideas if they improve the overall flow. What matters most is that the design feels cohesive across all three spaces and is ready for hand-off to my contractor with minimal revisions.
