Modern Interior Design for G+1 Home

I'm seeking a skilled interior designer for my newly constructed G+1 house. The design aesthetic is modern and should primarily focus on the bedrooms and Kitchen (1st floor). The ground floor consists of a 1BHK and the first floor is a 2BHK.

Key design requirements include:
- Ground floor: Open kitchen, bedroom, TV unit, and Pooja room designs.
- First floor: Open modular kitchen, TV unit, hall partition, master bedroom with bed and bed panelling, and additional bedroom with cupboards, In Hall a cutlery unit, and a shoe rack with built-in seating on the front balcony. The side balcony will also need small cupboards and a sitting area for chilling, along with designs for a Pooja room.
- Need Profile lighting in cupboards some areas where ever looks good, 1st Floor Breakfast counter and lighting on top and profile lighting.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong portfolio in modern interior design.
- Experience with G+1 residential properties.
- Ability to create practical yet stylish spaces.
- Excellent understanding of warm lighting arrangements.
