The goal is a cohesive modern look that blurs the line between inside and out, supports relaxed lounging, and features a sleek bar that can serve guests on either side of the glass.

• A fresh architectural concept that reorganises the interior seating, optimises circulation to the garden, and positions a dual-access bar so it works seamlessly for both spaces.
• Detailed floor plan(s) and elevations with dimensions so my contractor can price and build it without guesswork.
• High-quality 3D renderings—day and evening—showing furniture, finishes, lighting and the bar in action from both the indoor and outdoor vantage points.
• A concise material & fixture palette in line with a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Source files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) plus printable PDFs.

I will supply current plans, photos and measurements as soon as we start. Final designs must reflect code-compliant buildability for a single-family home in my region.
