Modern Casual Wear Collection Design

I’m building a fresh, modern-and-trendy casual collection and need a fashion designer who can take my ideas from mood board to production-ready files. The line will open with three key groups—T-shirts & tops, jeans & pants, and dresses & skirts—so versatility across silhouettes and fabric weights is important.

Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Concept development based on references I’ll share, keeping the overall vibe young, current, and street-inspired.
• Detailed sketches (hand or digital) for each piece, showing front, back, and any unique construction details.
• Tech packs that include flat drawings, measurements, trim specs, colorways, and basic material suggestions so manufacturers can sample without guesswork.
• Fabric and trim guidance that balances style with cost-effective sourcing.
• A quick round of revisions after my fit and aesthetic feedback.

Adobe Illustrator (or a comparable CAD tool) experience is essential, and skill with trend research platforms like WGSN would be a plus.
